We have a quasi-group made up of guitar, bass, drums, and hammond organ/keyboards who write and jam on original material. The sound is fairly indie/british (groovy and quite melodic), and made all the more cool by having some sweet organ. Influences would include the Charlatans, The Smiths, radiohead, stone roses etc.
3 members live in Toronto and we jam at the drummer's pad in Whitby (trust me, it's really not that far) on Sunday afternoons.
The whole thing is pretty casual and we do this for fun. We'd like to get a singer so we can complete our little outfit and maybe do some decent recordings or a few shows. In the meantime, chilling and good times are the name of the game (and a few beers). Essentially, we just want to write music that doesn't blow.
This is a self-response casting.

In "Cheaper by the Dozen," a remake of the 1950s comedy of the same name, Duff is one of 12 children in a zany household made even more chaotic by their parents' demanding careers
She also portrayed the character on the big screen in "The Lizzie McGuire Movie" and is on a nationwide concert tour performing from her debut solo album "Metamorphosis
"I love that this movie is coming out on Christmas Day because it's always been a tradition in our family that we eat together and then we all go see a movie," Duff told the San Francisco Chronicle for its Sunday editions
Playing a supporting role was a nice change for Duff, 16, who stars in "Lizzie McGuire" on the Disney Channel and she thinks her family is kind of sloppy," said Duff Duff Appears in Family-Friendly Film

Teenage actress Hilary Duff couldn't be happier that she's in a family-friendly film this holiday season That's the only similarity, though
"She loves to stare at herself in the mirror "She's very self-centered, and I hope I'm not like that in real life
The dad, Steve Martin, lands his dream job as a college football coach at the same time that the mom, Bonnie Hunt, writes a best-selling book that takes her cross-country to promote it "
Like her latest character, Lorraine, Duff loves clothes "
