Model Tyra Banks says she did some "scouting" on her own to find competitors for her upcoming reality show, "America's Next Top Model "I brought her in, she was amazing looking, but her personality in front of our panel of producers was kind of flat," Banks told AP Radio I had really strong self esteem I'm like 25-30 pounds heavier than the average model on the runways right now
