THE F.O.C.ers (the cast): F.O.C. Productions is seeking sketch actors with great comedic timing and strong characterization skills, and is great with Improvisation. Actors should be knowledgeable with Improvisation and understand the basic fundalmentals and rules of Improv. All auditionees must be versatile in both Sketch and Improv. All Improv Games are high energy with actors broken into teams, set under a "competive" mode against each other.

2-THE F.O.C.ing Referee: (must be 18 and over)
Must be extremely knowledgeable of most Improv Games and should know the rules and regulation of Improvisation. Referee is responsible for presenting each improv game and must be able to motivate the audience with suggestions, as well as keeping the energy flowing, and is quick on "calling in the shots" when the players make an error.

Princess Diana cut off contact with her mother after an angry telephone call over relationships with Muslim men, and the princess did not get along with the rest of her family, former royal butler Paul Burrell was quoted as saying Thursday Shand Kydd had testified at Burrell's trial, scorning his claim to special status as Diana's "rock
"I listened to his speech from the pulpit and Diana's funeral and my stomach turned 24 50 pounds a ticket," Burrell said, referring to the admission price charged to visitors to Diana's childhood home and burial place His trial came to a dramatic end when Queen Elizabeth II told prosecutors that Burrell had informed her in 1997 meeting he was holding some of Diana's belongings for safekeeping
Burrell also criticized Diana's brother, Earl Spencer, who made a speech at her funeral implicitly attacking the royal family
