Jackson's attorneys declined comment on the suit outside of court Michael Jackson Adds Defendants to Suit

Michael Jackson added four defendants Monday to his lawsuit against the charter jet company he accuses of illegally videotaping him in November as he flew to Santa Barbara to be booked on child molestation charges
Jackson is charged with seven counts of lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 and two counts of giving the child an intoxicating agent
Among those added as defendants were Cynthia Montgomery, a travel agent who recently sued Jackson for not paying her for the flight from Las Vegas to Santa Barbara
Attorney Lloyd Kirschbaum said he expected the responsible party to come forward soon , a Santa Monica aviation company
Kirschbaum said whoever taped Jackson arranged to do so without the charter company's permission or knowledge , charter company, said none of the defendants in the lawsuit were responsible for taping Jackson

The new defendants, including the travel agent who booked the flight, were named during a hearing before Superior Court Judge Soussan G Bruguera, who approved the request to add them
The videotaping came to light when representatives of XtraJet showed it to several news organizations, saying they found videotapes aboard one of their jets and wanted to know whether it was legal to distribute or sell them
The other new defendants included Montgomery's company, an XtraJet executive and Pavair Inc
