Please prepare 16-32 bars of an uptempo modern Broadway. Please bring sheet music in the correct key. Brian Murphy, accompanist. Bring pix and resumes. "Merrily We Roll Along" begins in the present and moves backwards, tracing the lives of wealthy, jaded compser Franklin Shepard and his two estranged friends through each milestone of their personal and professional lives (good and bad). The show ends with a touch of rueful irony, as the three best friends at the start of their careers face a bright future: young, talented and enthusiastic about the worlds waiting to be conquered.

The studio that created "Curious George" has sued Universal Studios, seeking money owed from merchandising of the inquisitive monkey character , a division of Vivendi Universal Entertainment, has reneged on a deal to share 10 percent of the worldwide merchandising revenue
The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, seeks either to have the 1991 deal rescinded or a declaration that Universal owes 10 percent of worldwide revenue, as well as other unspecified damages and legal fees
The plaintiffs allege that Universal has "repudiated their obligations" and "denied they are obligated to pay" anything
