Lawyers for pop singer Gloria Trevi claimed Wednesday that the judge overseeing her case is biased against her and should be removed from the trial
Late Tuesday, Talamantes ruled there was enough evidence to try Trevi for rape, kidnapping and corruption of minors
Fentanes claimed Talamantes only delayed his ruling to give the appearance he had not yet made up his mind
He also refused Trevi's request for bail and ordered her held in a maximum-security prison for the duration of her trial
Lead defense attorney Cesar Fentanes said Wednesday he has a video tape which shows Talamantes deciding to rule against Trevi several hours before he announced his decision Tuesday
Talamantes has refused to speak to the media since Trevi's trial began
